Dan L.

Daniel brings a broad range of experience to the Adonis Athletics Team, from
working with powerlifters; junior athletes and elite level athletes as well as
bringing that standard of training to those looking to improve their general
health and fitness. He has experience working rehab as well as performance
coaching.
Daniel began with his own passion for the industry by competing in sports
ranging from football to tennis and everything in between; he has been a
competitive powerlifter including a 300kg deadlift in competition in the 93kg
weight class. That Passion still lives on in developing athletes and promoting the
benefits of strength training to the wider population. Daniel has now made the
transition over the Ultra-Endurance Running. Daniel strongly believes in the
benefit of optimizing movement and creating a broad range of strength to keep
you ready for the jungle.
