SOLD OUT! Powerlifting Novice Competition 3

On Sunday 23rd of September 2018, Adonis Athletics Campbelltown will be hosting their 3rd Novice Powerlifting Competition. We initially opened up 40 spots but entries were being filled up quick with 44 lifters in a short period of time.

Adonis Athletics Campbelltown will have 10 athletes competing in the upcoming event, with 8 out of the 10 athletes competing for the first time. Coach Miraay and Myself have been preparing all the athletes for the last 12-16 weeks, coaching the technical skills of Squat, Bench and Deadlift in Powerlifting are in place.

Lifting will start at 9am.

Coach Allan aka Coach Alpha is a Powerlifting and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Allan started his career in the Health and Fitness industry in 2008, with a burning passion of one day landing his dream job of working with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the First Grade Squad. He went on to gain further knowledge in the industry, studying a Bachelors in Health Science (Sport and Exercise) from University of Western Sydney from 2010 to 2013. Over the years Allan has worked with a variety of clients achieving fat loss, lifestyle and strength goals through training and education. He's also worked with various rugby league clubs eg. Bankstown Bulls (C-Grade), Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs (U19s), Western Suburbs Magpies (SG Ball), and Cabramatta Two Blues (Ron Massey and Sydney Shield). Now, he's the proud Owner/Head Coach of Adonis Athletics Campbelltown, where he works with of Powerlifting Athletes, Field-Based Athletes (Rugby League, Hockey, Soccer and Oztag), Body Transformation (Weight Gain/Fat Loss), Strength Enthusiast Clients and Mentors new trainers/coaches getting started in the field.
