Amir goes through the fact that any change in body composition, strength, power that you wish to pursue must be done over a certain period of time and there is no way around this.

Programs, diets and training routine’s and principles have been around for decades if not thousands of years. There isn’t really anything new coming out, only scientific discoveries of how those old things work.

Learn to set goals and get after them, there is no big answer to your questions. It’s about putting together the little things and training in the right environment preferably under a coach’s eye.
