#14 – Consistency

In this episode of Bars, Plates & Protein Shakes, Amir talks about the most important training principle of them all even though its not an official principle – consistency.

It’s all about building momentum and achieving consistency to be able to make training part of your lifestyle and not a chore. Just like pushing a car, the hardest part is the very start – overcoming the inertia. Once it’s moving it’s easy to keep it rolling.

The athletes who get to a high level in any sport are the ones that can maintain consistency even through injuries and learning how to manage them.
