Earlier in the week we received the following question:

“What would you recommend for a bench presser that has a problem with the start/getting the bar off the chest? The problem is weak chest muscles so when the weights get heavier (close to max or max) I tuck my elbows to much and touch the bar to low. This results in a weak bottom position where I’m too tensed to get a good push off the chest. 2,5-5% under my max I can bench with good speed and relative ease. #askadonis
